fermentation and BDS system, making sure they comply with European standards.

Fermentation

Fermentation is one of the key processes of TSOC. It is a metabolic process to break down or convert organic compounds especially big molecules such as carbohydrates and proteins to smaller molecules using microorganisms. We adopt the submersion technique for large-scale production of our microbial products.
The process involves sterilizing the extract to eliminate foreign microbes and growing the microorganisms in the liquid medium which is held in a fermenter and stirred to obtain a homogenous distribution of cells and medium. After fermentation the extract undergoes filtration to remove the microbes and precipitates and other product treatments.
